Auf Grund ihres grossen Nutzens und ihrer Seltenheit wurden Vitalpilze früher als Kostbarkeiten gehandelt. Heute sind Vitalpilze dank moderner Kultivierung für Jedermann verfügbar. Unser Lieferant der hochwertigen Pilze ist BIO-zertifiziert und hat über 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kultivierung von Speisepilzen. Geschäftführer, sowie Mitarbeiter im Ursprungsland sind ausgebildete Biologen/ Mikrobiologen. Eine Lotidentifikation ermöglicht die Rückverfolgbarkeit jeder Charge bis zum Ursprung (Herstellungsprozess). In Deutschland erfolgt die Verkapselung sowie die Abpackung der Pilze. Die Zucht der Pilze erfolgt im Chinesischen Hochland, fernab von den Ballungszentren Asiens. Die Pilze werden nach alter Tradition extensiv naturgemäß angebaut. Es werden keinerlei Pestizide verwendet. Die Produkte werden regelmäßig auf Pestizide, Schwermetalle und Mikrobiologie untersucht. Die Produktion erfolgt nach dem Internationalen GMP-Standart (Good Manufacturing Practice, „Gute Herstellungspraktik“). Der Hersteller ist zusätzlich nach HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point-Konzept, deutsch: Gefahrenanalyse kritischer Kontrollpunkte) zertifiziert. Dies ist ein vorbeugendes System, dass die Sicherheit von Lebensmitteln und Verbrauchern gewährleisten soll. Die Sicherung der Qualität-Standards erfolgt mit modernster Labortechnik. Im Sinne einer nachhaltigen Produktion ist der Hersteller ebenfalls ISO 14001-Zertifiziert (Umweltmanagementnorm - definierten Zielsetzung in Bezug auf die Umweltleistung, betriebliche Umweltpolitik, etc). Betreff Extrakten: Die Verkapselung erfolgt in Deutschland. Die Einhaltung der Bio-Vorschriften wird durch Oeko-Kontrollstellen gewährleistet, welche bei der EU akkreditiert sind.
